Lake Chabot
$120.00
“Somewhere, something incredible is waiting to be known.” -Carl Sagan
The dry crust of Lake Chabot lays bare and naked. The 100 year drought takes its toll on the reservoir leaving the water muddy and over populated with toxic algae. Vigorously growing grasses take over the shallows where once there had been deep water.
This collection includes the withered body of a Pylodictis olivaris, a flathead catfish found baking in the sun, too poor a meal even for birds and bugs.
