"Why do we love the sea? It is because it has some potent power to make us think things we like to think."
-Robert Henri
The sea is always changing. This beach collection was gathered on a the last day of June along the shores of Stinson Beach and features Velella velella. The clear dried jellyfish washing up on the sand. These jellies travel the sea with a sail like fin to catch the wind and have recently been showing up on California beaches in the millions due to warm waters and a change in ocean currents.
