Overview

Your training is led by Ben Pellow, an experienced EMF specialist and a Building Biology Institute student (graduating Dec-26). He will teach you to measure your own home and business.

Dirty electricity has no SBM band. SBM-2024 folds harmonics into its magnetic field entry, saying they “should be rated as more critical” — guidance, not a threshold — so we report the reading and claim no tier for it.

Every non-remediated place we have measured — a rural bedroom, a city street, a five-star hotel room — came back Severe or worse for radio frequency and body voltage. Greensprings wasn’t simply found in nature. It was remediated to Building Biology SBM-2024 standards, and re-measured every three months.
