Every assessment on this page is carried out by Ben Pellow, an experienced EMF specialist and a Building Biology Institute student, graduating at the end of 2026. You work with the same person from the first measurement to the final report — nothing is handed off to a subcontractor.

I analyze the dirty electricity levels in your home or business, identifying sources of dirty electricity and providing recommendations for reduction. Optional oversight of installation and post-install DE reduction report.

What We Inspect

Electrical Systems

I inspect electrical systems, including wiring, circuitry, electrical panels, meters, lighting, and appliances.

Dirty Electricity Sources

I identify sources of dirty electricity, including appliances, devices, lights, pumps, and solar systems. I measure dirty electricity on incoming power lines. I measure stray power on metal water pipes, electrical ground, cable and phone lines, and more.

EMF Sources

I identify sources of EMFs, including power lines, transmission towers, cell towers, antennas, Wi-Fi routers, utility meters, smart home devices, cordless phones, baby monitors, microwaves, lights, and other appliances. I provide a custom analysis of your family cell phones' EMF spectrum with recommendations.

Environmental Factors

I analyze environmental factors, including proximity to power lines and transmission towers, presence of EMF-emitting devices in neighboring buildings, nearby cell phone towers, antennas, or radar systems. I provide an additional detailed breakdown of nearby cell phone antennas within 3-miles.

Assessment

I conduct a comprehensive assessment of your home or business myself, using state-of-the-art equipment to measure electromagnetic fields, including electrical fields (EF), magnetic fields (MF), radio frequency (RF) radiation, and dirty electricity (DE).

Mitigation

Based on the assessment, I build you a customized mitigation plan to reduce electromagnetic fields in your home or business, including recommendations for reducing exposure to EMF sources, installation of EMF-blocking materials and devices, and guidance on using EMF-reducing technologies.

Bronze Package

$500

Our basic package includes a 2-hour EMF assessment and report, providing an overview of electromagnetic fields and dirty electricity in your home or business.

Silver Package

$2,000

Our standard package includes a comprehensive EMF assessment, Dirty Electricity assessment, cell tower and antenna assessment, and comprehensive customized reduction and mitigation plan.

Gold Package

$5,000

Our premium package includes everything in the Silver Package, plus oversight during installation of EMF and Dirty Electricity remediation materials and devices with comprehensive reduction report after installation. This plan also includes body voltage measurements for family members — an environmental reading of the voltage induced on the body by nearby fields, not a medical test — and a body voltage reduction report.

I oversee installation of whole house power conditioning systems to filter out dirty electricity. Optional circuit level solutions also available.

I use EMF-reducing technologies, such as filtering devices, shielding cases, smart meter guards, software or settings updates, and technology replacement to reduce EMF exposure.

I recommend using wired internet and security systems to reduce EMF exposure.

Solar System Components

I add components to solar systems to prevent dirty electricity.

Bedroom Power Cutoff

I recommend cutting off power to bedrooms at night to reduce EMF exposure during sleep. I recommend a conveniently located power cutoff switch or bedroom power timer.

Wi-Fi Timers or On-Demand Wi-Fi

I recommend using Wi-Fi timers or a low EMF on-demand Wi-Fi router to reduce EMF exposure. I also recommend updating router power and frequency settings to minimize exposure.
